Homemade Golden Crunchy Croutons (V / VG)

Top your salads with style with our deliciously simple homemade crouton recipe. Perfect for using up old bread, we love sourdough, teamed with our Smoked Garlic & Black Peppercorn Bread Dipper, but you can use your favourite dipper to make these crunchy bites.

INGREDIENTS

Sourdough loaf

A drizzle of your favourite Charlie & Ivy's Bread Dipper

Salt and pepper to season

METHOD

Preheat your oven to 200C / 180C Fan / Gas Mark 6.

Slice your bread into bitesized pieces.

Drizzle over with your favourite dipper (we love our Smoked Garlic & Black Peppercorn Bread Dipper). Toss through until the bread is completely covered and season to taste.

Bake in the oven for around 10 minutes until golden and crunchy.

Use to top your favourite seasonal salads.
