The Classic

A true crowd pleaser, your 8oz Wagyu burger, is teamed with traditional mature cheddar – melted, so it’s oozing to perfection. Top with sliced gherkins, homemade slaw and a generous serving of our Charlie & Ivy’s Mustard & Ale Mayonnaise!



Yorkshire Halloumi Stack


This combination of flavours is truly the taste of Summer. This stack uses our Charlie & Ivy’s Chipotle Chilli Mayonnaise, layered onto your barbecued Wagyu burger. Add to that slices of grilled Yorkshire Dama Halloumi Cheese, slices of beef tomato and shredded cos lettuce.



The Blue Burger


This burger is perfect for all those blue cheese lovers out there. Top your burger with Shepherd’s Purse Harrogate Blue and allow to melt onto your burger on the barbecue. Prep yourself some softened red onions, we love ours slowly cooked down in a little rapeseed oil and balsamic vinegar. Use them to top your burger with the addition of some finely shredded leaves and a good helping of our Charlie & Ivy’s Smoked Garlic Mayonnaise.
