How much does delivery cost?
Most orders to UK addresses will qualify for our free delivery when you spend £30 or more. For orders less than £30 we charge an £8 delivery fee. If you would like to send further afield, just give us a call or email and we will happily let you have a quote.
Can I send my order anywhere?
If you would like to send a gift to someone, or have your order delivered to a different address we can arrange that for you. Simply add the required delivery address in at check-out and we will dispatch to that address for you. We dispatch across the UK, and most UK addresses also qualify for our free delivery over £30. If you live in the Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland or wish to send overseas, please call or email us for a quote for your order.
How soon will I receive my order, and can I track it?
Our courier orders are dispatched on a tracked service with DHL. We aim to dispatch orders within 3 days of receipt of your order. We’ll let you have tracking details when your order is collected by our courier, and you will be able to follow your parcel’s journey here. Orders to Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland are dispatched via the Post Office and non-trackable.
I live locally, can I collect my order free of charge?
We can arrange this. Simply call us to place your order - we can take payment and make arrangements for collection.
Can I order in advance and delay the dispatch?
Yes, of course! Simply leave your chosen dispatch day in the gift message section, and we will book it into the diary and send for your required date.
Can I leave a gift message?
Yes! Our team will hand write any message you choose on one of our postcards, just pop your message in the gift message box at checkout. If you choose one of our gifts with a greetings card they will write that for you and pack it in with your chosen gift.
I received my order but it’s damaged. What should I do?
Our team do their very best to ensure that all orders arrive in absolutely perfect condition. In the unlikely event that any of your items appear to be damaged on arrival, please do get in touch directly with us. We'll need the full detail of how the parcel arrived and what stock needs replacing.
What is your return and refund policy?
Due to food safety we do not accept returns. We can only offer a refund of the items are damaged or faulty. Should you require a refund please supply us with full details of any problems including photographic evidence and we will endeavour to find a solution to the problem as soon as possible.
I’ve received an incorrect item
Please do get in touch directly with our dispatch team and they will organize any replacement items as soon as possible.
What payment methods can I use?
We accept all UK Visa and Mastercard Debit or Credit cards. We also accept payments through PayPal and Google Pay. Alternatively, you can make payment with one of our team over the phone.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Our products have a shelf life of one year from the point of them being made. We will dispatch products with around 8-10 months and beyond.
Is your packaging sustainable?
We pride ourselves on making our gift packaging recyclable, reusable and plastic free wherever possible. Where possible we re use dispatch packaging that comes into us with deliveries, and use as much plastic free or recyclable packing in dispatching our orders as possible.
I have a discount code, how do I use it?
