Bruschetta Dipping Bowl
This simple 'bruschetta in a bowl' dish offers up a simple twist on the classic recipe. Created in one big sharing bowl, it allows you and your guests to graze through enjoying uninterrupted conversation. Made with a generous drizzle of our Charlie & Ivy's Garlic, Oregano & Balsamic Bread Dipper.
INGREDIENTS
A good drizzle (at least 100ml) of ourGarlic, Oregano & Balsamic Bread Dipperor give our Chilli, Balsamic, Oregano & Thyme Bread Dipper a try.
3 ripe tomatoes, finely chopped
1/2 white onion, finely chopped
A good handful of fresh basil, torn or chopped
A 50g tin of anchovies, chopped
Juice 1/2 lemon
Pinch of sea salt to taste
Simply combine all the ingredients into a large shallow bowl like a pasta dish and stir through. Slice and toast your sour dough, brushing with a little rapeseed oil to serve.
Serve the filled dish with the toast, tuck in and enjoy!
