Our rapeseed is grown, harvested and cold-pressed and bottled right here in Yorkshire. Grown by us, and local farmers we know and trust, it is literally a matter of miles (and sometimes, yards!) for the crop to reach us here. This means that we have a low carbon footprint, and a commitment to quality that can’t always be matched by imported olive oil. As we farm sustainably, we not only reduce those food miles, we grow our crops in harmony with our environment and champion biodiversity. Something that not every imported oil can claim.
Cold Pressed Rapeseed Oil is celebrated for its nutritional values too. Rich in Omega-3, lower in saturated fat than olive oil, and naturally high in Vitamin E, it’s a healthy choice. We know you will enjoy its subtle, nutty flavour, that lets our beautifully balanced flavour combinations sing, and pair perfectly with fresh, seasonal ingredients.
