Chilli Balsamic Baked Camembert with Croutons (V)

A deliciously simple party favourite, made with a good drizzle of our Charlie & Ivy's Chilli & Balsamic Bread Dipper. Perfect for sharing. Up your grazing game and serve alongside a grazing platter of tapas and bread dipping oils.

INGREDIENTS

1 good quality Camembert

A couple of sprigs of fresh oregano or thyme

A French stick or sourdough loaf

Chilli, Balsamic, Oregano & Thyme Bread Dipper, or give our Garlic, Oregano & Balsamic Bread Dipper a try.

METHOD

Preheat the oven to 190C / 170C Fan / 375F / Gas mark 5

Place the Camembert onto a baking tray or into a baking dish. Score the top ready for drizzling your oil over. Slice your bread and place it around the cheese in your dish. Shake your bread dipper and drizzle over both your cheese and bread. Top your cheese with the fresh herbs and season the full dish.

Place in the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes. The cheese is ready once springy to the touch.

Remove from the oven and serve immediately. Use your croutons to dip into your cheese, add more of your bread dipper to taste.
