Fire Pit Camembert with Peaches & Grapes (V)

This takes melted, grilled cheese to a whole new level with the addition of fruit. The perfect dish to share straight from the grill. Both sweet and savoury, it will become your new food addiction.

Serves 4

INGREDIENTS

1 wheel of Camembert

Black or red seedless grapes, on the vine

2 ripe and ready to eat peaches, stoned and cut into quarters

Garlic, Oregano & Balsamic Bread Dipper

Fresh rosemary stems

METHOD

Score the cheese wheel, and place the cheese wheel in a heavy, shallow cast iron pan. Pack in grapes on their stems around the cheese, along with the peach quarters and the rosemary stems. A good drizzle of the bread dipper over everything is all you need before popping it onto the grill. Cook on the firepit grill for around 15 minutes, or until the cheese is gooey and starting to collapse. Delicious!
