Location: Thixendale, North Yorkshire
Employment Type: Temporary (Full-Time or Part-Time)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm (flexible start and finish times available)

Nestled on the edge of the beautiful Yorkshire Wolds, Breckenholme Trading Company is a family-run business with over a decade of experience producing award-winning cold-pressed rapeseed oil products.
We manufacture and distribute products under our own brands, including Yorkshire Rapeseed Oil, The Honest Bean Co., and littleseed, supplying customers across the UK and beyond.
Based in the heart of the Yorkshire countryside, we are a friendly, hardworking team looking for a Temporary Online Dispatch Assistant to support us during our busy Christmas season.
Role Overview
We are seeking a reliable, enthusiastic, and hardworking individual to join our dispatch team on a temporary basis during our peak Christmas trading period.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on role, has a keen eye for detail, and takes pride in ensuring customers receive their orders accurately, efficiently, and on time.
This is a fully site-based position
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and process online customer orders
- Carefully pack products for dispatch, ensuring they arrive in perfect condition
- Print shipping labels and prepare parcels for collection
- Update order statuses and communicate effectively with the wider team
- Monitor stock levels and report any discrepancies
- Assist with stock checks and inventory management
- Support general warehouse organisation and housekeeping
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent attention to detail
- Reliable, organised, and hardworking
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Good time management skills
- Previous warehouse or dispatch experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided
- Ability to travel to our rural site in Thixendale (please note there is no public transport available)
