Method
We have been working with rapeseed oil since 2008, our sister brand ‘Yorkshire Rapeseed Oil’ has allowed us to really get our teeth into the food scene. Adam is primarily a farmer, and I used to be a costume maker. Now however our lives are shaped quite differently from the pre rapeseed oil days. Over the last few years we have learnt, discovered and experimented with our product. We have discovered a desire in both of us for fabulous flavours. Flavours that are not scared to be what they are, with body and bite. I cook, a lot! We both love to eat and we are both wildly passionate about our product, saying that so are our whole family and a good job too as none of them escape getting roped in! So as I mentioned, one sunny day the idea of launching our very own brand of bread dippers was born.
