Mature Cheddar cheese, grated
Roasted ham, shredded

Smoked Garlic Mayo Filling
Charlie & Ivy's Smoked Garlic Mayonnaise
A mix of Mature Cheddar and Stilton cheese, grated or crumbled
Wilted spinach
Salt & pepper
Chipotle Mayo Filling
Charlie & Ivy's Chipotle Mayonnaise
½ an avocado, mashed or sliced
A mix of Mature Cheddar and Feta cheese, grated or crumbled
Salt & pepper
Lemon & Dill Mayo Filling
Charlie & Ivy's Lemon & Dill Mayonnaise
A mix of Mature Cheddar and Mozarella, grated
½ tin of canned tuna
Salt & pepper
For all the above sandwich combos - Heat a heavy griddle pan on a medium heat. Take your sourdough and lightly brush with rapeseed oil or bread dipper.
Put together the sandwich with your fave combo and a generous dollop of mayo. Season with salt & pepper.
Place in the pan and griddle each side.
Our tip is to use a heavy pan to weigh down your sandwich whilst cooking - it gives the perfect grilled crust and gets that cheese to melt into that delicious mayo flavour!
