Simple Roasted Tomato & Mozzarella on Toast (V)
Such a simple recipe. Use your favourite Charlie & Ivy's Bread Dipper and make it your own. Perfect for lunchtime or simple supper.
INGREDIENTS
Your favourite Charlie & Ivy's Bread Dipper
Tomatoes on the vine
Toasted sourdough
Buffalo mozzarella
METHOD
Simply pop your vine tomatoes in a roasting dish and drizzle with your favourite Charlie & Ivy's oil.
Roast in a pre-heated oven until the tomatoes are fit to explode!
Slice and lightly toast some sourdough bread and drizzle with our oil and a squeeze of fresh lemon (or a rub of garlic if you prefer).
Stack with delicious buffalo mozzarella and pile on the roasted tomatoes.
Drizzle over any remaining pan juices and serve hot.
