Flat Iron Steak with Tomato Salsa
A classic barbecue dish, perfect for grazing. Drizzle your steak in our Chilli, Balsamic, Oregano & Thyme Bread Dipper for a summer flavour sensation.
INGREDIENTS
Serves 2-4, depending on sharing
Charlie & Ivy's Chilli, Balsamic, Oregano & Thyme Bread Dipper
Flat iron steak, around 350g-400g
Freshly ground salt and pepper
For the Salsa
3 ripe tomatoes, roughly chopped
Half a red onion, finely chopped
Garlic clove, finely chopped
Handful of fresh coriander leaves, chopped
Drizzle of Cold Pressed Rapeseed Oil
Juice of a lime
Salt, to season
To make your salsa, pop all the ingredients in a bowl and mix together. Leave to one side for the flavours to fully infuse.
Season both sides of your steak, along with a good drizzle of bread dipper. Pop on the barbecue and cook until your desired finish. We serve ours rare. Leave to rest for a little before slicing, popping on a grazing board and top with the homemade salsa.
We love to serve this with salads and crusty bread.
