Dressing Up Summer: Our New Dressings Launch


We’re delighted to bring you three new dressings this summer! We've put together an overview of their flavour profiles, as well as suggestions for how to use them and what ingredients to pair them with. It's our ultimate guide for adding flavour to your Summer recipes!



Lemon & Caper Dressing

This is delicious dressing, full of zesty lemon flavour. This is balanced perfectly with sweetness from local honey and salt from the capers. A perfect dressing for summer salads, this dressing is bold yet versatile. We love using it as a marinade for chicken or fish, or to drizzle over roasted veggies.



Suggested recipe - Lemon & Herb Breaded Chicken

A surprisingly simple recipe, this crispy chicken fillet is perfect with either salad or new potatoes & asparagus. Simply blitz the bread into breadcrumbs and add the lemon zest & seasonings. Coat the chicken in milk, flour, egg and finally the breadcrumb mixture, before lightly coating with oil and baking in the oven for 30-40 minutes. Serve with summer salad and a generous drizzle of dressing!



Fennel Seed Dressing

The closest to a vinaigrette within our range, this is another dressing which is perfect for summer. Light yet strongly flavoured, it works wonderfully with fish and pork, or when stirred through rice or couscous.



Suggested recipe - Pulled Pork Buns with Apple & Fennel Slaw

A tender pulled pork with a delicious marinade and a homemade slaw, these are sure to impress at any barbeque! Marinade pork shoulder in apple juice, our Fennel Seed Dressing and a healthy pinch of salt, before slow cooking for 4-5 hours. Serve with the slaw and some mayonnaise in brioche buns.





Mint & Balsamic Dressing

This dressing is bright and refreshing, the sweetness of the honey and mint perfectly balancing the acidity of the balsamic vinegar. We love it over new potatoes, or as a marinade for roast lamb.



Suggested recipe - Greek Style Couscous Salad

To make this quick and easy salad, simply prepare your couscous and leave to cool. Slice the onion and cucumber and combine with the cooled coucous, adding olives and crumbled feta cheese. Finally, add a generous pour of mint and balasamic dressing and serve! Super simple.
