Charlie & Ivy’s Lemon & Dill Mayonnaise

2 British free-range eggs, scrambled

Smoked salmon

Freshly ground pepper to season

METHOD

A simple layering of ingredients, super quick and delicious. Toast your sourdough, then top with a good helping of our Charlie & Ivy’s Lemon & Dill Mayonnaise.

Layer over your scrambled eggs, and top with your smoked salmon(we love ours from Staal Smokehouse). Finish with a twist of black pepper and enjoy!
