Carrot, Date, Cashew & Chickpea Salad (V / VG)

A delicious salad recipe perfect for the later Summer and Autumn, made using our Charlie & Ivy's Bread Dipper.

INGREDIENTS

1 large carrot grated

Handful chopped dates

½ tin of chickpeas, drained

Handful of cashew nuts (toasted)

Chilli, Garlic & Ginger Bread Dipper

METHOD

Toss the ingredients with the bread dipper and serve. Simple!
